All the products of "O MUNDO DA EQUITAÇÃO" are in the Online Shop?
No. On the website, at the moment, there are only a few articles selected for sale online. Due to the logistics of operation, other products will only appear in the future and are currently exclusive to the physical store. Where and what is the timetable of the physical Store of "O Mundo da Equitação"?
The physical store of "O Mundo da Equitação" is located in a locality near Lisbon (about 40 minutes) with excellent accessibility, Rua da Fábrica 58 D, 2135-144 Porto Alto, Samora Correia, near the roundabout "Marisqueira A Torre". We are open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
How can I shop at the online store?
The purchase process in our online store is simple, fast and safe!
Just register in our reserved area, filling in the required fields correctly. After confirmation, you can log in and order the products you want.
On each article page, enter the desired quantity and click the "Buy" button, adding products to the Shopping Cart.
Once you have selected all the products you want, just complete the order. A summary of your order, with all shipping costs calculated, will be presented before finalizing.
After payment and confirmation of your order, your order will be processed and shipped, receiving the respective informative notifications in your email and in your reserved area.
Is there a minimum value to make an Order?
Yes, there is a minimum value of € 5 to make purchases in our online store.
Prices include VAT?
Under Portuguese law, all prices shown include their respective VAT rates.
How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?
The cost of shipping costs is calculated automatically at the time of placing your order, based on the sum of the cost of packaging and the cost of transportation. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the order and its delivery destination.
What means of transportation do you use when ordering?
For shipping orders, we use as logistic logistics partners, CTT (Correios de Portugal), TNT or own car.
Is my order shipped after the purchase?
After confirmation of payment, your order is shipped in approximately 48 hours, with rare exceptions.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order is complete, you can follow your status (awaiting payment, paid and finalized / shipped) in your customer area in Order History. Following the actual shipment of the order, the link provided by the carrier to the customer is sent, wherever it exists, by sending an email with it, and can also be consulted in your Customer Area at any time. With this link you can track your order to your final destination. We do not send status updates of the order location to customers after submission.
What is the delivery time for my order?
As a general rule and after indicating, by email that the order has been shipped, delivery of the order may take at least 72 hours to be delivered in Continental Portugal, about 5 to 7 business days in Europe and between 5 to 30 days to reach the customs of the countries in the rest of the world.
Which countries do you ship to?
Practically worldwide. If your country is not accepted when ordering, please contact us.
What happens to the order in case of customs seizure?
We are not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages. It is the responsibility of the customers to seize their orders, as well as the payment of customs fees, if any. In case of the return of the products, "O Mundo da Equitação" will only refund the respective amount to the products, after receipt and verification of the same. How can I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled, when expressly requested by the customer, through one of our contacts before shipments of the same. After confirming the order, the customer is requested to contact "O Mundo da Equitação", as soon as possible, so that the most appropriate solution can be found. If my order gets damaged what do I do?
If you find that your order is damaged, you must return it immediately to the carrier and justify the reason for the return on the delivery note and notify “O Mundo da Equitação” immediately through one of our contacts.
If, after delivery and leaving of the transportation company, you verify that any of the items is not in accordance with the order, please contact “O Mundo da Equitação” as soon as possible by sending an email to lojaonline@omundodaequitacao.com, indicating the order and its elements, attaching the images of the packaging as received and all the articles in question, so that it can be ascertained if there is anything that can be done, so that the problem can be solved.
